That was then and here we are today with a great office in a prime location. We are located in Federal Way with great freeway access. Our convenient location means that we have a wide service area. Our service area runs from approximately the Northern tip of Lake Washington down to Olympia, Gig Harbor and Yelm. Our technicians drive fully stocked trucks so they have everything they need to fix your plumbing problems when they arrive. In the rare case they need something that is not on their truck, we have runners who will deliver the parts to them.

When our technicians arrive at your home they are prepared to start the work immediately. We don't charge by the hour so you never have to worry that they are going to draw a job out longer than it needs to take. By freeing our technicians from hourly charging, they are able to be more thorough while at your home without charging you for the extra time. We charge by the job, so once our technician has the opportunity to view the work, he is able to give you the actual price of the job up front.
